Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for patrons?

Join the Goulburn Performing Arts Centre (GPAC) as our Box Office Assistant and play a key role in the efficient operation of our Box Office. From managing ticket sales and event set-up to assisting patrons with enquiries and bookings, you'll help ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and positive experience from their first interaction with GPAC.

This is a fixed term role working for a period of 12 months.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • An hourly rate between $33.30 – $37.48 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
  • Work 26 hours across 4 days per week, on a part-time basis
  • Access to 2 pro-rated weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
  • Access to 1 pro-rated week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purpose
